  Not exactly what I would call customer friendly. I had an awkward parcel to return, but within the limits set by the post office (dimensions and weight). The older gentleman running it was at best ambivalent and at worst dismissive both on the phone while I was asking whether it would be acceptable and slightly grudging when I took the parcel in. Not even a smile, a thank you or otherwise 'normal' level of politeness. All I was trying to do was return something originally delivered by the Post Office, using the guidance and postage labels provided by the seller. They are my most local PO, but I will try to avoid them and use Stockcross, who are always helpful and friendly.

  Made the journey to get there before they closed at 5:30 arriving at 5:15 to post something but they wouldn't serve me as the guy running it needed to get a prescription from the doctors and was just leaving......so I had to go back home even though I was there before it officially closed! Didn't know PO's were allowed to do that.....it was only 1 parcel. Had to wait until this week to post it as that was the only time I could do.
